Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 3 Rezeptionist_in

IHR ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Abgeschlossen Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie

* Freude im Umgang mit dem Gast

* Engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, positive Ausstrahlung und gute Umgangsformen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kommunikative und starke Persönlichkeit

AUFGABENGEBIET/TÄTIGKEIT:

* Positive Präsentation des Hotels

* Professioneller und herzlicher Empfang der Gäste und deren Betreuung

* Check-In und Check-Out, Hotelinformation, etc.

* Aktiver Zusatzverkauf der weiteren hotelspezifischen Angebote

* Verbuchung der in Anspruch genommenen Leistungen und gewissenhafte Kassenführung

* Betreuung der Telefonanlage und Weiterleitung der Anrufe an die entsprechenden Abteilungen

ARBEITSZEIT:

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden

* Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache

* 5 oder 6 Tage/Woche möglich

* freie Tage nach Absprache
