Unser familiengeführtes 4-Sterne Wellness- & Familienhotel liegt mitten im Home of Lässig Saalbach Hinterglemm. Seit vier Generationen steht unser Haus für authentische Gastfreundschaft, herzliche Atmosphäre und das besondere Gefühl von "Ankommen und Wohlfühlen".

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und herzliche Persönlichkeit für unsere Rezeption in Vollzeit, die Freude daran hat, unseren Gästen einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. 1 Rezeptionist_in Deine Aufgaben an der Rezeption

* Du heißt unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen und sorgst für einen persönlichen und angenehmen Empfang.

* Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Wünsche, Fragen und Anliegen unserer Gäste - vor, während und nach ihrem Aufenthalt.

* Du kümmerst dich um Check-in und Check-out und stellst sicher, dass sich unsere Gäste von Anfang an bei uns wohlfühlen.

* Du bearbeitest telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen sowie Reservierungen.

* Du übernimmst die Zimmerreservierung und -einteilung.

* Du pflegst und verwaltest unsere Gästedaten sorgfältig.

* Du kümmerst dich um Abrechnung und Kassa.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Housekeeping, Service und den Gastgebern zusammen und trägst damit zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Haus bei.

* Du übernimmst allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Front Office.

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Tourismusbereich, eine Tourismusschule, Matura oder entsprechende Berufspraxis

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit gängigen Hotelprogrammen ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss

* Ein herzliches, freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Freude am persönlichen Umgang mit Menschen und an der Gastgeberrolle

* Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit uns unseren Gästen eine besondere Zeit zu bereiten
