in Teilzeit 25h/Woche in Stumm

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen:

*Gäste herzlich empfangen und verabschieden (Check-in und Check-out)

*Persönliche Gästebetreuung - du bist direkte Ansprechpartnerin für Wünsche und Empfehlungen

*Telefongespräche annehmen, bearbeiten oder weiterleiten

*Reservierungen entgegennehmen & bearbeiten, inklusive Korrespondenz (Pflege der Gästekartei)

*Rezeptionsbereich organisieren und in Ordnung halten

*Die täglichen Abläufe an der Rezeption vorbereiten - von Morgenpost und Listen bis zur Pflege von Preisen und Verfügbarkeiten

*Tischreservierungen für unser Restaurant entgegennehmen und koordinieren

Das zeichnet dich aus:

*Herzliches, offenes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

*Freude daran, Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten

*Selbstständige, zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

*Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sicheres Auftreten

*Ausgeprägtes Service- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

*Diskreter und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Gästeinformationen

*Freude an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen

*der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

*Erfahrung an der Rezeption von Vorteil (Casablanca, Websline)
