Wir sind ein privat geführtes 4 Sterne Hotel am Fuße des Stubaier Gletschers.

Für die Wintersaison 2024/25 suchen wir engagierte und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter/innen (m/w/d).

Unsere Anforderungen / Deine Aufgaben

- Selbstständiges, sauberes, gewissenhaftes Arbeiten - freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten - Teamfähigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Spass bei der Arbeit - Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - Quereinstieg aus kaufmännischen Berufen möglich - gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (gute Englischkenntnisse) in Wort und Schrift - Kenntnisse im Hotelprogramm Elite von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich - Grundkenntnisse im Microsoft Office

- Herzliche Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste vor Ort - Check In - Check Out - Gästekorrespondenz - Erstellen von Angeboten & Reservierungen - Beantworten von Telefonanrufen - Meldewesen - Erstellen von Skipässen mit dem Programm Skidata - Buchen aller Extra Leistungen - Schreiben des Menüs und unserer Morgenpost (Deutsch-Englisch)

Wir bieten:

6 Tage Woche (48 Stunden)

Bezahlung über Kollektiv, je nach Qualifikation verhandelbar zuzüglich Sonderzahlungen (Überstunden, Feiertagszuschlag, Weihnachts- bzw. Urlaubsgeld)

Quereinstieg mit kaufmännischer Ausbildung möglich!

Unterbringung im Einzelzimmer mit Bad/WC, TV, freies W-Lan

Verpflegung gegen ein minimales Entgelt in Höhe von 1 Euro pro Tag (Frühstück, Mittag, Abendessen – auch an dienstfreien Tagen)

Arbeitskleidung wird teilweise zur Verfügung gestellt (Dirndl, Jacke, Gilet)

Nähe zum Skigebiet, Mitarbeitervergünstigung Saisonskipass

Waschküche (mit Waschmaschine und Trockner) für alle Mitarbeiter kostenfrei

Nutzung Wellnessbereich
