Wir suchen ab sofort eine_n 1 Rezeptionist_in - Vollzeit

Sie haben eine große Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie und sind ein absoluter Teamplayer. Ihre offene, kommunikative und freundliche Art zeichnen Sie besonders aus. Sie sind motiviert, zuverlässig sowie ein absolutes Organisationstalent und freuen sich auf eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Arbeit. Dann sind Sie bei uns goldrichtig!

Arbeitsort: A-8074 Raaba-Grambach , Hauptstraße 20

Arbeitszeiten:

Sie arbeiten in einem neuen Hotel in Vollzeit in der Rahmenzeit von 06.00 Uhr bis 21.30 Uhr. Dienste werden mit Früh- und Abenddienst oder Zwischendienst gewechselt. Wochenende ist eher selten. Self-Check In vorhanden

Ihre Anforderungen:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Rezeption,

* Abgeschl. facheinschlägige Ausbildung im Tourismus von Vorteil,

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Kostenbewusstsein,

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil,

* Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus,

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit,

* Gepflegtes und höfliches Auftreten,

* Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Kund_innen,

* Erfahrung im Seminarmanagement von Vorteil,

* individuelle Begrüßung, Betreuung und Koordination von Stamm- und Hausgästen,

* Check n / Check out,

* Reservierungsannahme und Bearbeitung,

* Ordnungsgemäße Kassen- und Debitorenabrechnung,

* Koordination von Telefongesprächen,

* Beschwerdehandling und Follow-UP.
