Die Hotel Wetzlgut Betriebsges.m.b.H beschäftigt ca. 70 Mitarbeiter_innen in Jahresanstellung und betreibt eine Hotelanlage -mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitstourismus -, eine Therapiestation für stationäre sowie ambulante Gäste und ein Restaurant, "die ROSSALM".

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen / eine 1 Rezeptionisten / Rezeptionistin IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Bereichsübergreifende Rezeptionstätigkeiten (Gästebetreuung, Mitarbeiter_innenführung, Controlling) als Schnittstelle zwischen Gästen, Mitarbeiter und Geschäftsführung.

* Betreuung und Koordination von bestehenden und künftigen Gästen und Patienten aus medizinisch-therapeutischem und wirtschafts-ökonomischem Blickpunkt

* Klassische Front-/Backoffice Tätigkeiten (Check in/Check out, telefonische Terminkoordination, Gästebetreuung, Dienstpläne, Revenue-Management)

* Eigenverantwortlicher Entscheidungsträger_in in Mitarbeiter_innen- und Kundenanfragen

* Bereitschaftsdienst gegen Bezahlung

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung - Quereinstieg möglich.

* Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Positives Auftreten gegenüber den Gästen, Mitarbeiter und Geschäftspartner.

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse - Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Flexibilität & Engagement mit der Bereitschaft zu Veränderung und Weiterentwicklung

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
