Als Risk & Compliance Coördinator binnen HR speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Jij helpt ervoor te zorgen dat persoonsgegevens van medewerkers zorgvuldig worden verwerkt en dat risico's tijdig worden gesignaleerd en beheerst. In deze functie beweeg je je op het snijvlak van privacy, compliance, risicobeheersing en HR-processen. Je werkt samen met HR-management, HR Business Partners, Compliance Officers, Internal Audit en andere stakeholders. Dankzij jouw analyses, adviezen en coördinatie kunnen collega's binnen HR vertrouwen op een beheerste en compliant werkwijze. Wat ga je doen? - Je zorgt ervoor dat key controls binnen HR tijdig en correct worden uitgevoerd en beoordeelt rapportages ten behoeve van de kwartaalafsluiting. - Je adviseert management en de lijnorganisatie over compliance-, risico- en privacyvraagstukken binnen HR. - Je geeft inzicht in relevante risico's en incidenten en adviseert over passende beheersmaatregelen. - Je bewaakt de opvolging van risico's, bevindingen en verbeteracties. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor Internal Audit bij onderzoeken binnen HR en coördineert de werkzaamheden die hieruit voortkomen. - Je signaleert en identificeert privacy- en compliancerisico's binnen HR-processen. - Je verzorgt trainingen en awareness-activiteiten om risicobewustzijn en compliance binnen HR verder te versterken.
