Ons Risk-team helpt organisaties hun risico’s, policies, procedures in kaart te brengen en beheersbaar te maken.

Concreet wil dat bvb. zeggen dat:

  • we zorgen dat compliance, interne controles en proceduresécht werken in de praktijk;
  • we bedrijven begeleiden bij verandertrajecten: van “checklists op checklists” naar concrete, gedragen oplossingen;
  • we werken met klanten van beursgenoteerde ondernemingen tot kmo’s in volle groei;
  • we inzetten op communicatie en draagvlak creëren: risico’s managen werkt pas als iedereen het begrijpt.
