Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor je als Risk & Control Medewerker in een organisatie die volop in beweging is! Goed werk!Over de functieIn deze rol ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de afdeling Risk, Compliance & Legal. Je helpt mee om processen binnen de organisatie goed in te richten, te bewaken en continu te verbeteren. Daarbij beweeg je je door de hele organisatie heen: van Finance en IT tot HR, Operations en Commercie. Je bent niet alleen bezig met controleren, maar vooral met begrijpen, verbeteren en adviseren. Je denkt mee over risico’s in de praktijk, vertaalt deze naar concrete beheersmaatregelen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en controles ook daadwerkelijk worden nageleefd. Zo draag jij bij aan betrouwbare processen, duidelijke rapportages en een steeds professionelere organisatie. Dit zijn onder andere jouw werkzaamheden: - In kaart brengen en analyseren van risico’s binnen processen en projecten; - Vastleggen en onderhouden van key risks & controls en bijbehorende documentatie; - Uitvoeren van control testing (design en werking), inclusief IT General Controls; - Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van audits en het rapporteren van bevindingen; - Monitoren van verbeteracties en opvolging binnen de organisatie; - Meewerken aan projecten gericht op procesverbetering en professionalisering; - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor de business op het gebied van risico’s en beheersing.
