Wat ga je doen? Je vervult een sleutelrol binnen Financial Risk Management/ALM en bewaakt de financiële risico's van de bank vanuit de tweede lijn. BNG Bank financiert maatschappelijke voorzieningen die Nederland sterker en duurzamer maken. Dat vraagt om scherpe keuzes, degelijk risicobeheer en professionals die financiële stabiliteit verbinden aan publieke waarde. Als Risk Manager ALM draag je hier direct aan bij. Je zorgt dat financiële risico's beheerst en inzichtelijk zijn en dat besluitvorming steunt op betrouwbare analyses, data en modellen. Je werkt daarbij intensief samen met collega's uit de eerste en tweede lijn en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor management en commissies. - Je adviseert, monitort en challenget de beheersing van markt-, liquiditeits- en kapitaalrisico's binnen vastgestelde kaders en risk appetite. - Je beoordeelt onafhankelijk de monitoring door de eerste lijn en vertaalt afwijkingen en trends naar heldere inzichten en opvolging. - Je ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en gebruikt stress testing‑modellen en rapporteert uitkomsten voor interne doeleinden, de EBA‑stress test en het Recovery Plan. - Je versterkt het financial risk management‑raamwerk en borgt naleving van wet- en regelgeving. - Je draagt bij aan een transparant, audit‑ready controlstelsel met herleidbare analyses en documentatie. - Je bereidt besluitvorming voor in gremia als Asset & Liabilitiy Committee Executive Committee ...
