The posting

Bij een groeiende producent in de halfgeleiderindustrie in de regio Helmond werk je aan het automatiseren van fabrieksprocessen. Als Robotics & Automation Specialist versterk je het Operations-team en begeleid je de invoering van robots, cobots en AGV’s. Je doel is concreet: minder handmatige producthandling, efficiëntere processen en een veiligere werkplek voor collega’s. Daarbij beoordeel je technische oplossingen en zorg je dat nieuwe apparatuur aansluit op de eisen van de productie. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je automatiseringsconcepten met leveranciers, stem je projecten af met interne betrokkenen en ondersteun je de integratie op de fabrieksvloer. Je beheert eigen projecten en brengt kennis van machines en systemen in bij de automatiseringsroadmap. Binnen een informeel, internationaal team deel je expertise en werk je aan continue verbetering. Je krijgt ruimte om je technisch en persoonlijk verder te ontwikkelen; voor projecten op andere productielocaties kan reizen nodig zijn. Functie-inhoud - Technische gesprekken met automatiseringsleveranciers voeren en oplossingen toetsen aan productie-eisen - De implementatie van robots, cobots en AGV’s ondersteunen - Nieuwe apparatuur introduceren en integratie op de fabrieksvloer begeleiden - Eigen automatiseringsprojecten beheren en afstemmen met interne en externe betrokkenen - Machines en systemen beoordelen op hun bijdrage aan de automatiseringsroadmap - Expertise delen in verbeterprojecten gericht op efficiëntie, veiligheid en minder handmatige handling - Waar nodig bijdragen aan automatiseringsprojecten op andere productielocaties Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek - Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Aantoonbare expertise in fabrieksautomatisering en de uitvoering van automatiseringsprojecten - Vermogen om technische oplossingen te beoordelen en met leveranciers te bespreken - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het E.
