Wat ga je doen? Op het Vellesan College in IJmuiden zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Roostermaker. Onze huidige roostermaker gaat binnen het Vellesan College een andere functie vervullen. Gelukkig blijft zij in de buurt, waardoor je uitgebreid wordt ingewerkt en je ook daarna altijd bij haar terechtkunt met vragen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met onze dagroostermaker. Als roostermaker zorg je ervoor dat het rooster voor onze leerlingen en docenten zo goed mogelijk aansluit bij de organisatie van onze school. Je werkt hierbij met het roosterprogramma Zermelo. Samen met de dagroostermaker optimaliseer je de roosters en zorg je voor een goede balans tussen de verschillende belangen. Jouw aandachtsgebied ligt bij het basisrooster, het jaarrooster en de aanpassingen in de formatiekaarten gedurende het schooljaar. Je stelt (management)rapportages op, analyseert deze en geeft kwaliteitsverbeteringen door aan de schoolleiding. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's binnen de school. Je maakt onderdeel uit van de groep collega's die werkzaam is in 'het Woonhuis'. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de dagelijkse organisatie soepel verloopt en dat leerlingen en docenten kunnen rekenen op een goed georganiseerd rooster. Word jij onze nieuwe Roostermaker?
