Dan hebben we bij ZZG een mooie plek voor jou. Per januari 2027 zoeken wij twee collega's voor deze uitdagende functie. Het gaat om een nieuwe functie. Je krijgt daarmee juist de kans om mee te bouwen, vorm te geven en de functie verder te ontwikkelen. Als roosterplanner R&H zorg jij ervoor dat de personele inzet goed aansluit op de zorgvraag. Niet alleen vandaag, maar ook morgen en verder vooruit. Je beweegt continu tussen de dagelijkse praktijk en de langere termijn: van een last-minute roosterwijziging tot het signaleren van capaciteitsproblemen die over een paar maanden kunnen ontstaan. Dat vraagt om overzicht, scherpte en goede communicatie. Want een rooster is meer dan een planning op papier. Het raakt medewerkers, teams, praktijkmanagers en uiteindelijk de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg. Jij als roosterplanner Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en praktijkmanagers als het gaat om roosters en planning. Je beheert en controleert basisroosters, ondersteunt zelfroosterende teams en zorgt dat roosters tijdig en volgens de gemaakte afspraken, wet- en regelgeving en de cao VVT worden gepubliceerd. Je houdt daarbij continu de vinger aan de pols. Waar ontstaan knelpunten? Waar is sprake van onder- of overcapaciteit? Hoe staat het met verlof, ziekte, plus- en minuren? En wat betekent dit voor de bezetting op langere termijn? - Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend; - je controleert en beheert basisroosters; - je lost dagelijkse roosterproblemen en ad-hoc situaties op; - je anticipeert op verlof, ziekte, scholing en andere afwezigheid; - je stemt openstaande diensten af met het ZZG-flexbureau; - je plant waar nodig medewerkers over teams of praktijken heen; - je houdt persone...
