Voor Dow zoeken wij een ervaren Maintenance Technician die gespecialiseerd is in rotating equipment. Je werkt aan complexe machines en installaties die essentieel zijn voor het productieproces. Als Maintenance Technician zorg je dat mechanische en roterende apparatuur veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijft functioneren. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met storingsdiagnose, reparaties en technische verbeteringen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van technische storingen. - Onderhouden, repareren en installeren van machines en productieapparatuur. - Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Afstellen, uitlijnen, kalibreren en testen van apparatuur. - Controleren of onderdelen en componenten de juiste specificaties en afmetingen hebben. - Selecteren, aanvragen en installeren van onderdelen en apparatuur. - Coördineren en bewaken van beschikbare reserveonderdelen. - Testen, meten en repareren van pneumatische, elektrische en elektronische besturings- en meetcomponenten. - Vastleggen van storingen en uitvoeren van failure analyses. - Verzamelen en analyseren van onderhouds- en storingsgegevens om de betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren. - Ondersteunen bij het plannen, prioriteren en inroosteren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Samenwerken met operations, werkvoorbereiders en onderhoudscoördinatoren. - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen binnen de bestaande onderhoudsprocessen. - Delen van technische kennis met minder ervaren collega's.
