Nordic Operation Center växer och söker nu nya säljare till vårt team i Palma de Mallorca. Vi söker dig som är ambitiös, social och vill utvecklas oavsett om du har tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning eller inte.

Hos oss får du en gedigen introduktion, kontinuerlig coachning och tydliga mål att arbeta mot. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där vi arbetar tillsammans, tävlar, utvecklas och firar våra framgångar.

Om rollen

Som säljare kommer du att arbeta med telefonförsäljning mot både privatpersoner och företag. Du representerar välkända nordiska varumärken och får möjlighet att utveckla dina kunskaper inom försäljning, kommunikation och kundkontakt.

Arbetet innebär bland annat att:

Kontakta kunder via telefon. Identifiera kundens behov och presentera rätt lösning. Arbeta mot individuella och gemensamma försäljningsmål. Utveckla din försäljning genom daglig feedback och coachning. Vara en del av ett team med högt tempo och tydlig prestationskultur.

Arbetstid: Måndag–fredag, 09.00–18.00.

Tidigare erfarenhet inom försäljning är meriterande, men inget krav.
