Ihre Leidenschaft

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail

* Logistische, organisatorische und administrative Auftragsabwicklung (intern und extern)

* Eigenverantwortliche Kundenabwicklung und -betreuung

* Steuern und Überwachen von Aufträgen und Terminen

* Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Reports

* Individuelle Terminvereinbarungen von Privatempfängern

* Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der Einführung von Neugeschäften

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung in der Speditions-/Logistikbranche von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Gute Word- und Excel-Kenntnisse

* Teamspirit und Flexibilität

* Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung

* Engagement und Verlässlichkeit
