Im Customer Support unterstützt du unsere Kunden und ihre Maschinen vor Ort, remote oder durch individuelle Kundentrainings. 1 Sachbearbeiter/Disponent im After Sales (m/w/d) Standort: Schwertberg

Bereich: Einkauf/Logistik

Deine Rolle im Team:

* Als Teil des Logistik-Teams kümmerst du dich um die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen und Komponenten aus Eigenfertigung und Zukauf in unseren Produktionswerken und Niederlassungen.

* Du prüfst Lager- und Sicherheitsbestände und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen, wie beispielsweise Umlagerungen, in die Wege.

* Zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben zählt die Überwachung von Bestellungen sowie Kommunikation mit Lieferanten. Dazu gehört neben dem Erstellen von Bestellanforderungen, Pflegen von Auftragsbestätigungen und dem Abklären von Rechnungsdifferenzen auch die Stammdatenpflege und das Prüfen des Wareneingangs.

* Du sicherst die Einhaltung von Lieferterminen und arbeitest gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie unseren Lieferanten an einer weiteren Verbesserung von Liefertreue, Verfügbarkeit und Qualität.

Das bringst du mit:

* Im Idealfall verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene technisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre/Fachschule) und blickst auf mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion zurück; alternativ bringst du Kenntnisse in der Fertigungssteuerung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung mit.

* Neben einem versierten Umgang mit MS Office und einem ERP-System (vorzugsweise SAP), sind gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Niederlassungen und Vertretungen essenziell.

* Deine fachliche Kompetenz ergänzt du mit hohem Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein und einer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise.

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Stressresistenz runden dein Profil ab.
