Für unsere Niederlassung in Poststraße 3, 4060 Leonding 1 Sachbearbeiter_in Disposition (m/w/d) Vollzeit 38,5h/Woche in Leonding

Diese Aufgabenbereiche wecken Interesse bei dir:

* Zentrale Disposition des gesamten Sortiments für mehrere Standorte

* Ermittlung des Warenbedarfs auf Basis von Abverkaufszahlen, Beständen, Saisonverläufen und Aktionen

* Erstellung von Bestellungen

* Steuerung der Warenversorgung unter Berücksichtigung von Saison und Verfügbarkeit

* Koordination und Optimierung der Warenverteilung auf die einzelnen Niederlassungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Logistik und den Niederlassungen

* Laufende Kontrolle und Pflege der Dispositionsdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem

* Kommunikation mit Lieferanten

* Gutes Zahlenverständnis

* Sicherer Umgang mit Bestandsdaten

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und KollegInnen

* Idealerweise MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen von Vorteil

* Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie fundierte Auffassungsgabe
