Zur Verstärkung unseres Kundencenter-Teams in Österreich suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort Nußbach eine_n 1 Sachbearbeiter_in - Vertriebsinnendienst Vollzeit und Teilzeit (mind. 20 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Aufgaben

Technische und Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen

Betreuung von Kunden, Partnern und Verkaufsrepräsentanten (Auftragsannahme, Angebotserstellung, Beratung, Kundenabrechnungen, Reklamationsbearbeitung, Sondervergütungen, Vereinbarungen festhalten,...

Erfassung und Abwicklung mit einem dafür vorgesehenen System (SAP)

Disposition der eingehenden Bestellungen sowie die Sicherstellung der termingerechten Zustellung und Abwicklung

Telefonische Akquisition und Betreuung definierter Kunden

Unterstützung und Betreuung der Verkaufsberater in allen organisatorischen und vertrieblichen Angelegenheiten.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kfm. Berufsausbildung

technischer Hintergrund (Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Affinität)

Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragsbearbeitung (SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit

selbständiges Arbeiten, rasche Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
