Staf Cars is een touringcarbedrijf actief in inkomend en uitgaand toerisme. Onder het motto “Driven by moving people” verzorgen wij alle vormen van personenvervoer, zowel nationaal als internationaal — van schoolvervoer en daguitstappen tot pendelreizen, internationale lijndiensten en maatwerkoplossingen voor groepen. Als familiebedrijf combineren we een open bedrijfscultuur met professionele ambities. Iedereen kent elkaar, maar we leggen de lat hoog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en service. Vanuit onze nieuwe state-of-the-art site in Pelt bouwen we verder aan onze groei — en daar speel jij als Safety & Operations coördinator een centrale rol in.

Als preventie-adviseur niveau 1 ben je de spil van onze veiligheidscultuur. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele teams en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor drie complementaire luiken.

Preventie & welzijn — kerntaak

– Opzetten en opvolgen van het globaal preventieplan en jaaractieplan

– Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses voor rijpersoneel, garagisten en kantoormedewerkers

– Leiding geven aan de interne dienst preventie en bescherming op het werk (IDPBW)

– Onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen en bijna-incidenten; rapportering aan directie en FOD

– Coördineren van noodprocedures, evacuatieoefeningen en EHS-audits

– Waken over naleving van CODEX, Welzijnswet en sectorspecifieke regelgeving (transport)

– Eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe preventiedienst, Inspectie TW en verzekeraar

Rapportering garagewerkzaamheden — secundair

– Opvolgen van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken op het voertuigenpark

– Bijhouden van technische dossiers: keuringsdata, interventiehistoriek, werkorders

– Signaleren van knelpunten en vertalen naar preventieve maatregelen

– Periodiek rapporteren over beschikbaarheid en staat van het wagenpark aan de directie

Busplanning — ondersteunend

– Ondersteunen van de dienstplanning vanuit een welzijns- en veiligheidsperspectief

– Adviseren over rijtijden, rusttijden en ergonomische belasting van chauffeurs

– Afstemmen met de planningsdienst bij inzet na incidenten of technische uitval

Vereist:

– Diploma preventie-adviseur niveau 1 (Master of gelijkwaardig via erkende opleiding)

– Grondige kennis van de welzijnswetgeving en CODEX over het welzijn op het werk

– Analytisch en gestructureerd: je bouwt systemen, niet enkel rapporten

– Communiceert helder naar alle niveaus — van techniekers op de vloer tot directie
