Jobomschrijving

Als Safety Supervisor Productie bij Ciner Glass speel jij een belangrijke rol in het creëren en behouden van een veilige werkomgeving. Heb jij een passie voor veiligheid, ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en durf je collega's aan te spreken op veilig gedrag? Dan ben jij misschien wel de flessenier die wij zoeken.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden & Belangrijkste Taken

Veiligheid bewaken op de werkvloer

  • Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en preventiemaatregelen
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en spreekt medewerkers aan op onveilige situaties of gedrag
  • Je ziet erop toe dat persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) correct worden gebruikt

Coachen en opvolgen

  • Je geeft constructieve feedback aan shift- en teamleaders en ondersteunt hen bij het verder uitbouwen van een veilige werkomgeving
  • Je stimuleert veilig gedrag en vergroot het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie
  • Je volgt veiligheidsinbreuken op en zorgt voor een consequente toepassing van de veiligheidsregels

Samenwerken aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur

  • Je werkt nauw samen met shiftleaders, teamleaders en afdelingsmanagers om veiligheid en operationele efficiëntie op elkaar af te stemmen
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van een proactieve veiligheidscultuur
  • Je ondersteunt initiatieven rond continue verbetering op het vlak van veiligheid en welzijn

Kwalificaties, Vaardigheden & Ervaring

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende, coördinerende of toezichthoudende rol binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats en je neemt verantwoordelijkheid in het handhaven van regels en procedures
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft medewerkers op een respectvolle maar duidelijke manier aan te spreken
  • Je werkt graag in een operationele omgeving en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels omwille van veiligheid en samenwerking
  • Je bent voornamelijk beschikbaar in dagdienst, maar bent bereid om indien nodig ook tijdens avonden of weekends aanwezig te zijn
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de SHEQ Director
