In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van salarisadministraties t.b.v. cliënten, inclusief het verwerken van loonberekeningen, het opstellen van loonstroken en het verzorgen van de loonbelastingaangiften. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten met vragen over salaris- en personeelszaken en zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen feilloos verlopen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het up-to-date houden van kennis over relevante wet- en regelgeving. Wat heb je nodig: - Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in de richting van Accountancy, Personeelszaken of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Salarisadministrateur. - Grondige kennis van salarissoftware en actuele wet- en regelgeving. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling. - Proactieve en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
