Je werkt met Loket en verwerkt salarisadministraties voor klanten uit diverse sectoren binnen het MKB, inclusief veel verschillende cao's. Samen zorgen we voor kwaliteit, innovatie en een prettige werksfeer. Jouw rol Als salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig verwerken van de volledige salarisadministratie van je eigen klantenportefeuille. Voor deze klanten ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en je denkt met ze mee over personele - en salarisvraagstukken. Je voert controles uit, signaleert ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en digitalisering. Heb je wel al ervaring met het zelfstandig verwerken van salarisadministraties, maar beheers je nog niet alles op het gebied van advisering? Als jij de motivatie hebt om dit te leren, dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te solliciteren. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig verwerken van salarisadministraties in Loket. - Uitvoeren van loonaangiften en kwaliteitscontroles. - Verwerken van mutaties en uitvoeren van pensioenregelingen. - Beheren van personeelsdossiers. - Bijhouden van cao's en wet- en regelgeving. - Adviseren van klanten. - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten. - Meewerken aan digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten. Wat neem je mee? - Afgeronde PDL-opleiding of bereidheid deze te behalen. - 2-4 jaar ervaring in salarisverwerking. - Kennis van loonheffingen, arbeidsrecht en sociale zekerheid. - Ervaring met Loket is een pré. - Nauwkeurig, servicegericht en leergierig.
