(Junior) Salarisadministrateur High Quality 31-05-2024 - Locatie: Dordrecht - (Junior) Salarisadministrateur High Quality 31-05-2024 Werken in Dordrecht Introductie vacature Voor Oryx Stainless Steel in Dordrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste (Junior) Salarisadministrateur voor 24 - 40 uur per week! In Dordrecht werken zo'n 65 medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en twee Financieel Medewerkers. Kenmerkend voor de organisatie zijn de platte organisatiestructuur, het familiaire karakter in een internationale omgeving en de typische 'Rotterdamse mentaliteit'. Wat je gaat doen In deze zeer brede en uitdagende functie als (Junior) Salarisadministrateur heb je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid om de salarisadministratie (65 medewerkers) in goede banen te leiden. Binnen Oryx Stainless B.V. krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om de salarisadministratie van de eerste mutatie tot de uiteindelijke uitbetalen van de salarissen te verzorgen. Denk hierbij aan het verzamelen van salaris gerelateerde gegevens, het controleren, beoordelen en narekenen van de aangeleverde informatie. Aangezien Oryx Stainless een relatief kleine organisatie is ben je daarnaast ook verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van arbeidscontracten, het verwerken van arbeidscontracten, het up-to-date houden van de pensioenadministratie en alle overige salaris gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Tot slot spring je, indien nodig, bij op de financiële afdeling. Al met al dus een zeer brede functie met een divers takenpakket!
