Krijg jij spontaan de kriebels bij woorden als salarisadministratie, loonaangiftes en pensioenen? Dan is deze functie waarschijnlijk niets voor jou. Maar word jij juist enthousiast van een perfect verwerkte salarisadministratie? Vind je het leuk om klanten te ontzorgen, vragen te beantwoorden en ervoor te zorgen dat medewerkers iedere maand op tijd hun salaris ontvangen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Bij ons werk je voor een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille in verschillende branches. Daardoor is geen dag hetzelfde. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, denkt actief mee over oplossingen en krijgt de ruimte om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Wat ga je doen? Als salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking voor onze klanten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het verwerken, controleren en beheren van salarisadministraties - Het verzorgen van periodieke loonaangiften - Het verwerken van salaris- en personeelsmutaties - Het opstellen van proforma salarisberekeningen - Het verzorgen van pensioenadministraties en pensioenexporten - Het onderhouden van contacten met pensioenfondsen, de Belastingdienst en andere instanties - Het signaleren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en het adviseren van klanten hierover - Het beantwoorden van vragen van werkgevers en werknemers - Het meedenken over automatisering, procesverbeteringen en digitalisering Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen werkgever, werknemer, pensioenfonds en overheid en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.
