Van een salarisvraag tot een betaling: jij zorgt dat het klopt. Als salarisadministrateur regel je de salarisadministratie voor gemeente Leeuwarden en andere overheidsorganisaties in Fryslân. Je duikt in vraagstukken, controleert gegevens en helpt medewerkers en leidinggevenden verder.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je zoekt vragen over personeels- en salarisadministratie uit en geeft duidelijke antwoorden. • Je controleert personeels- en salarismutaties en pakt afwijkingen direct op. • Je informeert medewerkers en adviseert leidinggevenden over regelingen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. • Je regelt betalingen, zoals declaraties en het Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB). • Je bepaalt wat nodig is, stelt prioriteiten en zet de juiste acties uit. • Je ontdekt waar processen beter kunnen en werkt samen met collega's aan verbeteringen.

Je werkt 12 tot 16 uur per week. Je start z.s.m. voor een periode van 3 maanden

Functie-eisen: Jij krijgt energie van cijfers die kloppen en vragen die je kunt oplossen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk. Ook als meerdere vragen tegelijk binnenkomen, weet jij wat eerst moet. Met jouw vriendelijke aanpak en heldere uitleg help je medewerkers en leidinggevenden verder.

Verder:

• Heb je een afgeronde, relevante opleiding in personeels- en/of salarisadministratie. • Heb je aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, waardoor je zelfstandig binnen een salarisadministratie kunt werken. • Is kennis van en affiniteit met de cao Gemeenten en de cao Sociale Werkvoorziening (SW) mooi meegenomen. • Is ervaring met AFAS en binnen een non-profitorganisatie mooi meegenomen.
