Je zorgt ervoor dat salarissen tijdig en correct worden uitbetaald en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over loonstroken, loonbelastingen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team en de financiële afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen soepel verlopen. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het optimaliseren van de salarisadministratie en het implementeren van nieuwe systemen en procedures. Je komt te werken in een team met ervaren collega's waar je op kunt rekenen bij vragen en in jouw ontwikkeling.
