In Ridderkerk krijg je volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Afhankelijk van je ervaring kun jij jouw eigen cliëntenportefeuille zelfstandig bedienen. Mocht je nog minder ervaring hebben dan kun je eerst starten met het ondersteunen van ervaren collega. Je zult verantwoordelijk worden voor het verzorgen van salarisadministraties voor cliënten in diverse branches. Het is dus belangrijk dat je veel ervaring hebt met verzorgen van salarisadministraties waar diverse CAO's op van toepassing zijn. Daarnaast verzorg je pensioen en verlofadministraties en kunnen klanten rekenen (veel telefonisch) op jouw advies bij salaris gerelateerde vragen. Je komt te werken in een professioneel team met ervaren collega's. Bij vragen kun je dan ook altijd rekenen op uitstekende begeleiding. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde PDL en / of VPS opleiding. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in salarisadministratie. - Kennis van salarissoftware en actuele wet- en regelgeving. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een teamspeler. Waar kun je op rekenen: - Salaris tussen de € 3.000 en € 4.900 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een senior positie. - Aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder flexibele werktijden. - Een gezellige en informele werksfeer binnen een ervaren team.
