In jouw positie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en nauwkeurig verwerken van salarissen voor cliënten in het MKB. Je houdt je bezig met het beheren van loonadministraties, voert mutaties door en beantwoordt vragen van klanten omtrent salarisstroken, belastingen en loonheffingen. Daarnaast adviseer je werkgevers over veranderingen in de wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van loonadministratie en zorg je ervoor dat alles juridisch op orde is. Je zult op het kantoor in Spijkenisse samenwerken met 8 collega salarisadministrateurs bij wie je terecht kunt bij vragen. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde PDL (Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie) of vergelijkbare opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als salarisadministrateur. - Kennis van loonheffingen en sociale verzekeringen. - Nauwkeurig, klantgericht en communicatief vaardig. - Ervaring met salarissoftware, zoals Afas, Loket of Nmbrs is een pre. Waar kun je op rekenen: - Een salaris tussen €3.300 en €4.900 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Mogelijkheid tot parttime werken (32-36 uur). - Een hecht team en een prettige werksfeer. - Opleidingsmogelijkheden en ruimte voor professionele groei. - Reiskostenvergoeding en goede pensioenregeling.
