WERKEN BIJ W&S ADMINISTRATIE Op dit moment hebben wij 2 openstaande vacatures: - Financieel Relatiebeheerder Salarisadministrateur De Waal en Steenks Lonen B.V., gevestigd in Monster bestaat uit een sprankelend team wat knokt voor haar klanten en staat voor de overtuiging dat je klanten van mens tot mens aan moet spreken. "Want ook al zijn getallen onze passie: onze klanten zullen nooit een cijfer worden" . Wij verzorgen loonadministraties van A tot Z en laten een ondernemer graag doen waar ze goed in zijn - ondernemen! Wij staan klaar voor de ondernemer waar nodig. Of het nu gaat over lonen, HR gerelateerde zaken, Arbo/Verzuim of andere instanties. Samen met onze collega's van de financiële administratie ontzorgen wij deze ondernemers volledig. Dit is dan ook de grote kracht binnen ons team. 'U vraagt, wij draaien ' Als ervaren salarisadministrateur ben jij een van de drijvende krachten achter dit team. Hierbij draai jij je hand niet om voor een ingewikkelde loonadministratie en ben jij bekend met diverse Cao's. Naast jouw secure, complete en zorgvuldige administratieve kant bied jij graag advies aan onze klanten. Jouw baan Met jouw ervaring ben je een betrouwbare adviseur voor relaties. En voor je team ben jij een belangrijke vraagbaak. Je zorgt dat de loonadministratie staat en op belangrijke momenten ben je er meteen voor onze klanten. Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit; - Het adviseren van klanten op gebied van personeelszaken en/of andere loongerelateerde onderwerpen. - Het tijdig aanleveren en controleren van de pensioen en loonaangifte. - Het opstellen en controleren van diverse loonadministraties - Het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, werkgeversverklaringen, een vso en andere bijbehorende documentatie.
