Je zorgt ervoor dat salarissen nauwkeurig en tijdig worden verwerkt en dat alle relevante wet- en regelgeving wordt nageleefd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van loonstroken, het verwerken van mutaties en het verzorgen van rapportages. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de pensioenadministratie en wagenparkbeheer. Zowel intern als extern ben jij de vraagbaak waar mensen bij terecht kunnen. Deze functie biedt je de mogelijkheid om je kennis uit te breiden en door te groeien naar bijvoorbeeld Senior Salarisadministratie of Hoofd Salarisadministratie. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde opleiding VPS of PDL - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie. - Goede kennis van salarissoftware en MS Office. - Communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid. - Proactieve en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
