Als salarisadministrateur draag je zorg voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige afhandeling van de salarisadministraties, inclusief het berekenen van lonen, het verwerken van vergoedingen en het onderhouden van contact met de medewerkers en externe instanties (zoals het UWV en de belastingdienst). Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een correcte salarisadministratie en bent een aanspreekpunt voor vragen over salarisgerelateerde zaken. Wat heb je nodig: - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals Human Resource Management of Accountancy. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie. - Grondige kennis van salarisverwerking, belastingwetgeving en sociale zekerheidswetten. - Ervaring met salarissoftware - Woonachtig in of bereid om te reizen naar Maassluis.
