Functieomschrijving Als ervaren Salarisadministrateur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille binnen het MKB. Je verzorgt complete salarisverwerkingen, adviseert klanten over loonbelasting, cao's en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de processen. Daarnaast signaleer je kansen voor procesverbetering en ondersteun je collega's bij salaris-gerelateerde (complexe) vraagstukken. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Verzorgen van salarisverwerking voor diverse klanten binnen het MKB; - Beantwoorden van vragen over loon- en personeelsadministratie; - Controleren van mutaties en adviseren over cao-toepassingen; - Ondersteunen bij digitalisering en optimalisatie van HR-processen; - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor ondernemers.
