Werken bij Lucardi - Salarisadministrateur 30,4 - 38 uur | Hoofdkantoor Den Haag Als Salarisadministrateur bij Lucardi werk je 4 of 5 dagen per week (30,4 of 38 uur) vanuit ons Support Office in Den Haag en ben je onderdeel van het HR-team. Je bent, samen met de Senior Salarisadministrateur, het aanspreekpunt voor alles rondom salaris vraagstukken binnen onze winkels en het Support Office. Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de salarisadministratie. Ben jij nauwkeurig, servicegericht en sterk met cijfers? Jij zorgt ervoor dat de salarisadministratie nauwkeurig, tijdig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving wordt verwerkt, zowel voor Nederland als België. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met je collega's van HR en Finance om ervoor te zorgen dat personeelsmutaties, arbeidsvoorwaarden en financiële processen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van gegevens met betrekking tot salarissen, overuren, bonussen, inhoudingen en andere looncomponenten. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over hun loonstroken en alle salaris gerelateerde zaken. Je blijft op de hoogte van veranderingen in arbeidsrecht, sociale verzekeringen en fiscale wetgeving, zowel voor Nederland als België. Je signaleert kansen om de salarisadministratie efficiënter en effectiever in te richten. Door processen kritisch te analyseren, doe je verbetervoorstellen. Je neemt initiatief bij het implementeren van verbeteringen, zodat de kwaliteit, betouwbaarheid en continuïteit van de salarisadministratie continue worden versterkt.
