Salarisadministrateur, IJsselstein Confido finance IJsselstein, Utrecht Fulltime €3.000,00 - €5.000,00 per maand Geplaatst op 11 augustus 2026 Salarisadministratie Functieomschrijving: Voor het salaristeam in IJsselstein zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Salarisadministrateur die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de gehele salarisadministratie van cliënten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle salarisverwerkingen tijdig en accuraat plaatsvinden, inclusief het opstellen van loonstroken en jaaropgaven. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor vragen van medewerkers en cliënten over salarisgerelateerde zaken en houd je je bezig met de implementatie van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving. Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt mee over verbeteringen in de salarisprocessen. Je zult werken met meerdere CAO's omdat de cliënten zich in diverse branches bevinden. Het team bestaat uit 8 medewerkers en de sfeer is informeel en prettig. Wat heb je nodig: - Afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in een relevante richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de salarisadministratie. - Grondige kennis van salarissoftware en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. - Accuraat en in staat om onder druk te werken. Waar kun je op rekenen: - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen €3.000 en €5.000 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid tot hybride werken. - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en vaktechnische training. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een bonusregeling en pensioenregeling.
