Als Salarisadministrateur & HR in Sittard ben je de steun en toeverlaat van de Manager Bedrijfsbureau op het gebied van organisatorische, administratieve en controlerende taken. Je bent de specialist voor de urenverwerking, verloning en het opstellen van overeenkomsten. Daarnaast voer je cao-wijzigingen door in het systeem, doe je voorbereidend werk voor interne en externe audits en analyseer je financiële gegevens. Ook beheer je de trainingscyclus voor flexkrachten en pak je facilitaire vraagstukken zelfstandig op.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

- Zorgdragen voor een foutloze urenverwerking, verloning en contractadministratie voor uitzendkrachten; - Doorvoeren van cao-wijzigingen in systemen en vestigingen tijdig informeren over de acties; - Uitvoeren van voorbereidende werkzaamheden ten behoeve van diverse audits, zoals NEN, VCU, SNCU en ABU; - Verwerken van periodieke salarisverhogingen, pensioenmeldingen en overige HR-signaleringen; - Inventariseren en correct verwerken van klant- en arbeidsvoorwaardelijke gegevens, zoals salaris, verlof en pensioen; - Analyseren, berekenen en controleren van financiële en loontechnische gegevens; - Beheren van de trainingscyclus van flexkrachten en het inplannen van trainingsmomenten; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire vraagstukken en deze zelfstandig afhandelen.
