The posting

Minimaal een jaar relevante werkervaring met salarisadministratie is gewenst. Ervaring met het verwerken van salarismutaties, loonberekeningen en loonaangiften is belangrijk. Ervaring binnen een administratie of accountantskantoor en met Exact Online Salaris is een pre.

Ben jij nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en heb je ervaring met salarisadministratie? ADM Totaal B.V. is een groeiend administratie en advieskantoor in Son en Breugel. Ter versterking van ons team zoeken wij een parttime salarisadministrateur.

In deze functie verzorg je salarisadministraties voor verschillende klanten. Je verwerkt salaris en personeelsmutaties, controleert loonberekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat salarissen en loonaangiften correct en tijdig worden verwerkt.

Je hebt contact met klanten over salarismutaties en personeelsvragen en signaleert bijzonderheden in de salarisadministratie. Omdat je voor verschillende werkgevers werkt, krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende arbeidsvoorwaarden en situaties.

Wij werken digitaal en maken onder andere gebruik van Exact Online. Ervaring met Exact Online Salaris is daarom een pre.

Wij zoeken iemand met ervaring in salarisadministratie die nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt en verantwoordelijkheid kan nemen voor de eigen werkzaamheden en deadlines. Je hoeft niet alles te weten. Er is ruimte om je kennis verder te ontwikkelen.

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pre.

Wij bieden een parttime functie waarbij het aantal uren in overleg wordt vastgesteld. Je krijgt flexibele werktijden, veel zelfstandigheid en de mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen salarisadministratie en personeelsvraagstukken.

Het salaris bedraagt vanaf 2650 euro bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur en is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
