Als Payroll Consultant bij Korento werk je voor verschillende klanten en ben je betrokken bij het volledige salarisproces. Als Salarisadministrateur / Payroll Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de salarisadministratie van grotere zorgklanten. Je werkt voor of bij de klant en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een goede kwaliteit van de salarisadministratie. Je zorgt voor een correcte salarisverwerking en kijkt continu hoe de dienstverlening nog beter kan. Zo voer je controles uit, maak je complexe berekeningen en zorg je ervoor dat wijzigingen in cao's en wet- en regelgeving op tijd worden verwerkt. Je denkt vooruit en komt met oplossingen waar de klant zelf misschien nog niet aan heeft gedacht. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het tijdig en correct verwerken en betalen van salarissen met Youforce; - Het verzorgen van loonaangiften, pensioenaangiften, journaalposten en periodieke aansluitingen (inhouding versus afdracht); - He...
