Onze snelgroeiende Nmbrs-afdeling is op zoek naar een flexibele alleskunner om ons team te versterken. Ons bedrijf en team CBBS is al 65 jaar hét kenniscentrum voor werkgevers en ondersteunt meer dan 5.000 klanten met salarisadministratie en HR-vraagstukken. Samen met 100 enthousiaste collega's, met een gezellige en informele sfeer, bieden wij onze diensten aan vanuit 4 salarisverwerkingspakketten, waaronder Nmbrs. We vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zichzelf kan zijn op de werkvloer en hebben een informele, familiare sfeer. Bij CBBS hebben werknemers lange dienstverbanden en gaan we elke dag met plezier naar werk. We zijn er altijd voor elkaar gedurende de mooie en slechte momenten in het leven. Het huidige Nmbrs-team bestaat uit zowel junior als senior payroll professionals die onze klanten bedienen. We werken open en sparren met elkaar om (ingewikkelde) vragen te beantwoorden en zo de beste service te kunnen leveren. Er is veel vrijheid om zelfstandig te werk te gaan en je eigen verbeterprocessen door te voeren. Jij bepaalt je eigen ontwikkelingsrichting en hebt zelf de regie over de snelheid hiervan. Functieomschrijving Elke maand leveren 2.800 klanten de mutaties aan, en het Nmbrs-team verzorgt een foutloze verwerking. Je begeleidt klanten door de wirwar van de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving en bijt je vast in complexe vraagstukken. Als Senior Payroll Professional ben jij de steunpilaar voor zowel klanten als collega's. Jij bent de vraagbaak, een expert in complexe salarisvraagstukken en ondersteunt junioren actief in hun groei. Waar je de ene week druk bent met de mutaties, staat de week daarop weer in het teken van aangiftes en pensioengegevens. Samen met de HR-adviseurs en juristen van CBBS ...
