Jouw functie als salarisadviseur Als salarisadviseur ben jij mede verantwoordelijk voor een volledig juiste personeel- en salarisadministratie van onze klanten. Samen met een team collega's doe je er alles aan om onze klanten de juiste ondersteuning en advies op gebied van werkgeverschap te bieden. Een greep uit jouw toekomstige werkzaamheden: - Je bewaakt en onderhoudt de verzekeringsportefeuille voor klanten. - Je onderhoudt actief contact met bestaande relaties en adviseert klanten zelfstandig op verschillende uiteenlopende salaris gerelateerde onderwerpen. - Je begeleidt de salarisadministrateur(s) en medewerker(s) salarisadministratie in hun werk en bij hun vakontwikkeling. - Je kijkt kritisch naar processen en je constateert risico's en/of verbeterpunten in personeels- en salarisadministraties. Wat zoeken wij Als salarisadviseur beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, breng je een stevige dosis enthousiasme mee en werk je nauwkeurig. Je vindt het leuk om in verschillende teams te werken en heb je ambitie om door te groeien. Daarnaast ben je: - Minimaal zes jaar werkzaam in de salarisadministratie en in het bezit van PDL en eventueel VPS. - Een echte teamplayer: je vindt het leuk om in wisselende teamsamenstellingen te werken. - Communicatief sterk en durft een kritische noot te uiten als dat nodig is. - Goed in plannen en organiseren: je houdt het overzicht en mist geen enkele deadline. - Gedreven om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als adviseur die waarde toevoegt voor de klant. - Ook maar een mens en dat is precies waarom wij veel waarde hechten aan een goede werk-privébalans.
