Dan is deze functie jouw startpunt! Your role Jouw rol als Payroll professional Als Salarisadministrateur ben je een onmisbare schakel in ons team. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Payroll Consultants om ervoor te zorgen dat alle salarisverwerking vlekkeloos verloopt. Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en weet wat er speelt in de wereld van payroll. Wat ga je doen? Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van salarismutaties voor de klanten van Tilstra Services - Draaien van loonruns in NMBRS of BCS - Uitvoeren van pensioenadministraties - Zorgdragen voor belastingaangiftes voor klanten - Bijhouden van relevante CAO's en wet- en regelgeving - Nauw samenwerken met de Payroll Consultants om al het werk tijdig en correct te leveren - Stap voor stap groeien in je vak, met ruimte om door te ontwikkelen richting consultant Your profile We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel: - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in de salarisadministratie - In het bezit van een PDL-diploma - Ervaring met of affiniteit voor NMBRS of BCS is een pré - Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar in je werkwijze - Een echte teamspeler, je werkt graag samen en helpt collega's verder - Leergierig en ambitieus - je wil jezelf blijven ontwikkelen - Affiniteit met AI en innovatie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste - we helpen je graag verder In this job you'll find: ...
