Onze klant is een internationale KMO die het welzijn van baby’s en kleuters wereldwijd wil verbeteren door het aanbieden van een innovatief, functioneel en leuk product gamma. Een product gamma dat een veilige en gezonde orale ontwikkeling ondersteunt. Onze klant is gevestigd in Evergem.

Jobomschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Sales Account Manager Export.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden en versterken van onze activiteiten op internationale markten buiten West-Europa.

Je richt je voornamelijk op het opbouwen van relaties met grote klanten en distributeurs, om zo duurzame groei en langdurige partnerschappen te waarborgen.

Je combineert een strategische visie met een hands-on aanpak om de verkoopresultaten te verbeteren en nieuwe kansen te benutten.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Relaties met key accounts en internationale distributeurs opbouwen en onderhouden

• De omzetgroei stimuleren op exportmarkten buiten West-Europa

• Nieuwe zakelijke kansen identificeren en ontwikkelen in toegewezen regio’s

• Onderhandelen over commerciële overeenkomsten en contracten

• Een netwerk van agenten opzetten, beheren, motiveren en ondersteunen

• Verkoopresultaten monitoren en ervoor zorgen dat doelstellingen worden behaald

• Markttrends en klantbehoeften analyseren om groeistrategieën te definiëren

• Nauw samenwerken met interne teams, waaronder marketing, klantenservice en supply chain

• Het bedrijf vertegenwoordigen op internationale beurzen en bij klantbijeenkomsten

• Je vertaalt interne commerciële strategieën naar de praktijk en verbetert voortdurend het volledige verkoopproces via ons CRM-platform (Dynamics 365).

• Aantoonbare ervaring in een internationale verkoop- of exportfunctie

• Ruime ervaring met het beheren van key accounts en/of distributeurs

• Commercieel ingesteld met uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden

• Ondernemend, proactief en resultaatgericht

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen

• Vloeiend in het Engels en kennis Nederlands (extra talen zijn een pluspunt)

• Bereidheid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen
