Leo Peeters NV is al vele jaren een bekende automobielconcessiehouder in de regio. Met meerdere vestigingen (Keerbergen, Aarschot, Mechelen, Vilvoorde en Zaventem), verschillende merken (waaronder Nissan, Honda en Mitsubishi) en carrosseriebedrijven voor alle merken, vervullen zij dagelijks op een professionele manier de wensen van hun uitgebreid cliënteel. Met modern uitgeruste werkplaatsen en een gemotiveerd, regelmatig bijgeschoold team zorgen zij voor een uitstekende service. Om de verdere groei in Vlaams-Brabant te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Administrator Automotive.

Als Verkoopadministratie medewerker ben je de spilfiguur binnen onze salesafdeling en zorg je voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling van alle verkoopdossiers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je beheert en controleert alle verkoopdossiers van A tot Z;
  • Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van premies en kortingen, evenals de uitbetaling ervan;
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie van zowel nieuwe als tweedehandswagens;
  • Je plaatst bestellingen van verkochte voertuigen bij de invoerders en volgt ze ook op;
  • Je bestelt en volgt de levering van toebehoren nauwgezet op;
  • Je coördineert en beheert de leveringsplanning van voertuigen in samenspraak met klanten en de werkplaats;
  • Je controleert financierings- en leasingdossiers op correcte betalingen;
  • Je stuurt techniekers aan voor het klaarmaken van voertuigen voor levering;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de showroompresentatie en zorgt voor een optimale mix van voertuigen;
  • Je verdeelt en coördineert de taken van de poetsdienst in de showroom.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een administratieve functie binnen de automobielsector;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Je werkt vlot met pc-toepassingen en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan;
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en beheerst daarnaast Frans en Engels.
