Voor ons sales team van de Mobiliteitsmakelaar gaan we op zoek naar een SALES ADVISOR die gepassioneerd is door de automotive sector.

Functiebeschrijving:

Als Sales Advisor (Autoverkoper) ben je het gezicht van Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, Seat, Cupra of Kia voor onze klanten in de Kempen en omstreken. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met innovatie in onze sector te maken heeft voor particuliere klanten of business klanten. Bovendien word je expert en ook raadgever op vlak van fiscaliteit. Je bouwt een langdurige relatie op met onze klanten van eerste contact tot aflevering van de nieuwe wagen en wie weet nog meer in de toekomst.

Je bent daarbij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • de verkoop van het ganse gamma nieuwe voertuigen
  • de ontvangst van alle bezoekers in de toonzaal.
  • het onderhouden van contact met ons bestaand cliënteel.
  • het opvolgen van leads.
  • het opvolgen van lopende offertes en verkoopprocessen.

Wie zijn wij?

De Mobiliteitsmakelaar groepeert zeven Kempense concessies die Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Seat, Cupra en KIA verdelen en baat twee e-bike stores uit: Autobedrijf Deckx-Team (Turnhout), KIA Turnhout, Garage Verellen (Geel), Hermans (Herentals), Garage Verschaeren (Heist-op-den-Berg), Liers Auto Center, KIA Kempen Zuid (Geel) en Hello Vélo (Lier en Turnhout). In totaal werken we met meer dan 230 collega’s verspreid over de zeven concessies. We kiezen voor een gedecentraliseerde werking die ervoor zorgt dat de eigenheid van de vestigingen behouden wordt. Kortom: je voelt je thuis, werkt in een KMO met een informele sfeer, gecombineerd met de stabiliteit en de mogelijkheden van een grote onderneming.

Als Sales Advisor vertegenwoordig je de organisatie in onze showrooms en leg je gemakkelijk contact met verschillende mensen. Je bent commercieel, hebt een luisterend oor voor de noden en wensen van onze klanten en begeleidt hen door het ganse proces van aankoop tot levering van de wagen. Je geeft de klanten een beleving in onze showrooms en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich thuis voelen. Samen met hen ga je op zoek naar de perfecte wagen in ons gamma waarbij je zowel oog hebt voor de samenstelling van de wagen (het oog wil ook wel wat) als voor de fiscale / financiële elementen.

  • je beschikt over een bachelor of graduaat diploma en hebt bij voorkeur al enkele jaren ervaring in Sales.
  • ervaring in automotive is een pluspunt maar niet absoluut noodzakelijk.
  • je bent flexibel en kan werken op zaterdag.
  • je hebt een passie voor wagens.
  • je bent commercieel ingesteld en houdt ervan contact met mensen te hebben en deze contacten te onderhouden.
  • je hebt zin voor orde in jouw werk.
