Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Verkoopadviseur Optiek die klanten met expertise en een glimlach begeleidt gedurende hun volledige traject. Geen snelle verkoop of standaardservice, maar échte aandacht voor de klant en advies op maat.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als gezicht van de winkel zorg jij ervoor dat elke klant zich welkom voelt en met vertrouwen de juiste keuze maakt. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

Warm onthaal van klanten en professioneel advies over brillen, glazen en contactlenzen.

Begeleiden van klanten bij de keuze van het ideale montuur, de juiste kleur en geschikte glazen.

Afleveren en zorgvuldig aanpassen van nieuwe brillen voor optimaal draagcomfort.

Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen en onderhoudswerken aan brillen.

Verwerken van bestellingen en nauwgezet opvolgen van leveringen.

Mee zorgen voor een verzorgde, professionele winkelomgeving waar klanten zich thuis voelen.
