Als Sales Assistant regio Ieper ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en interne diensten:

  • Je werkt offertes uit op basis van klantaanvragen, projecten en specifieke prijsafspraken.
  • Je bezorgt prijsvoorstellen aan klanten en volgt de lopende offertes op.
  • Je verwerkt goedgekeurde offertes en bestellingen correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je controleert de voorraad en stemt af met aankoop zodat leveringen volgens planning kunnen vertrekken.
  • Je houdt klanten op de hoogte wanneer een bestelling wijzigt of een levering vertraging oploopt.

Als Sales Assistant regio Ieper herken je je in volgende eigenschappen of voldoe je aan deze zaken:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst en kan een stabiel loopbaanverloop voorleggen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je daarnaast goed behelpen in het Frans, Engels en Duits.
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig, verwerkt gegevens correct en houdt overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met collega's van sales, aankoop en customer service om klanten correct verder te helpen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Excel. Ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een extra troef.
