Elle évolue dans un environnement dynamique, combinant enjeux commerciaux, visibilité en magasin et gestion de collections, avec des équipes orientées collaboration et résultats.

Missions

En tant que Sales Assistant, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Support quotidien des Key Account Managers et gestion de 2 comptes clients
  • Participation à l'élaboration des assortiments et des planogrammes
  • Préparation des présentations clients et suivi des performances (KPI's)
  • Coordination et suivi des promotions, budgets et plans commerciaux
  • Contact régulier avec les clients et coordination interne (supply, customer service)
  • Suivi des commandes, tarifs, contrats et données commerciales (Excel)
  • Organisation des échantillons et support aux lancements de collections
  • Support administratif ponctuel (hard discount & back-up customer service)

En tant que Sales Assistant, vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Tu possèdes de minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en sales support / assistant KAM / sales administration
  • Expérience en FMCG / retail (grande distribution) est nécessaire
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel (tableaux croisés, formules)
  • Très bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais
  • Organisé(e), fiable et autonome
  • Proactif(ve), capable de gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
  • Bonne communication et esprit d'équipe
