Sales Assistant NL/FR

Ben je op zoek naar een gevarieerde en ondersteunende commerciële functie waarin je jouw talenkennis, administratieve nauwkeurigheid en cijfermatig inzicht kan combineren? Dan is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven.

Als Sales Assistant ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons salesteam. Je ondersteunt zowel de Sales Manager als de Key Accountmanager en Field Sales Manager voor de Benelux en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat elke samenwerking professioneel en servicegericht verloopt. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen onze salescollega's zich volop focussen op klanten en groei.

Wat maakt jouw job juist zo leuk?

  • Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve opvolging van commerciële dossiers en klantgegevens.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen nauwkeurig op en stemt hiervoor dagelijks af met collega's van Sales, Logistiek en andere interne diensten.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten en beantwoordt vragen over producten, prijzen, leveringen en orders op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je verwerkt prijswijzigingen en waakt over een correcte registratie in onze systemen.
  • Je berekent prijzen en marges.
  • Je behandelt retouren en klachten volgens de interne procedures en denkt proactief mee over passende oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij uiteenlopende administratieve en commerciële opdrachten en springt flexibel bij tijdens drukke periodes.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring in een administratief-commerciële functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans. Extra talenkennis van het Duits is een mooie bonus.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een internationale en dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Excel en Word kennen geen geheimen voor jou. Heb je ervaring met Qlik Sense en ERP-systemen? Daar worden we helemaal blij van.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en denkt graag mee in functie van oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers en werkt graag gestructureerd.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en constructief en bent vlot in de omgang.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen.
