Als Sales Consultant speel je een sleutelrol in de groei van Alpha Pro. Je bouwt aan een sterk netwerk van technische professionals én opdrachtgevers en bent verantwoordelijk voor het verbinden van talent aan uitdagende opdrachten en projecten. Je combineert recruitment, relatiebeheer en business development in één veelzijdige functie. Naarmate je verder groeit in de rol, krijg je bovendien de kans om actief betrokken te zijn bij het verwerven van engineeringsprojecten en consultancy opdrachten. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor zowel kandidaten als klanten en draag je direct bij aan de verdere groei van Alpha Pro. Wat ga je doen? - Sourcen, benaderen en begeleiden van technische kandidaten. - Matchen van professionals met de juiste opdrachtgever. - Beheren en opstellen van contracten, PO's en overeenkomsten. - Actief benaderen en binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten binnen diverse sectoren. - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van relaties met opdrachtgevers. - Marktontwikkelingen signaleren en nieuwe kansen creëren. Wat breng jij mee? - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in arbeidsbemiddeling, recruitment of detachering. - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Kennis, interesse of affiniteit met techniek is een grote pré. - Commerciële en ondernemende instelling. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en proactieve houding. - Ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen in recruitment en sales.
