Als Sales Consultant Preventie & PMO onderzoek je samen met werkgevers hoe zij de gezondheid, vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid van hun medewerkers kunnen versterken. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met inhoudelijk advies en bouwt langdurige relaties op met HR-professionals, arbodeskundigen en management. Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Consultant Preventie & PMO help je werkgevers bij het versterken van de gezondheid, vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid van hun medewerkers. Je onderzoekt samen met klanten de mogelijkheden en wensen voor samenwerking en gebruikt daarbij je commerciële én adviserende vaardigheden. Jij wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief. Doordat je op verschillende niveaus contact onderhoudt met HR-professionals, arbodeskundigen en management, herken je kansen en weet je deze om te zetten naar succesvolle samenwerkingen. Je werkt voor de marktleider in sociale zekerheid. Vanuit Robidus en Niped ondersteunen wij werkgevers met Preventief Medisch Onderzoek (PMO), preventiedienstverlening, vitaliteitsprogramma's en het innovatieve LifeCheck-platform. Dankzij onze expertise en sterke marktpositie kom je in contact met organisaties die actief willen investeren in de gezondheid en inzetbaarheid van hun medewerkers. Samen met onze consultants en inhoudelijke experts breng je het beste advies uit en begeleid je klanten van eerste gesprek tot samenwerking. Met jouw inzet help je werkgevers om verzuim te voorkomen, medewerkers vitaler te maken en duurzame inzetbaarheid te vergroten. Zo draag je direct bij aan een gezonder en sterker werkend Nederland.
